How to clear your cache files

Clearing your cache eliminates saved internet files on your system. Depending on how many cached files you have stored on your computer, this process can speed up your system; in addition to that, those files are not encrypted, and could pose a privacy concern, specially if you share your computer with other people.

To clear your cache files in Internet Explorer, click on button with a gear icon on the top-right corner.

This will bring the "Internet Options" dialog; in the "General" tab (the initial one), click on the "Delete..." button in the "Browsing history" section.

After you've clicked this button, the "Delete Browsing History" dialog will appear; make sure that the "Temporary Internet Files" option is checked, and then click the "Delete" button.
