Learn how to view, manage, and clear your browser history in Internet Explorer 7.
Looking for a webpage that you previously visited, but can't remember the web address? No problem. Internet Explorer makes it easy to look through your browser history and find websites that you visited in the past. To view your browser history, either press "Ctrl+H" or click on the yellow star near the top left of the browser window. If the "History" button at the top of the window isn't already selected, click it to bring up your history. Your browser history is divided up by when you accessed the websites. Click on the date ranges to view the websites you visited in that time frame. You can search through your history by using the drop-down button next to the "History" tab at the top of the history window. Click on the down arrow, then select "Search History." Use the search box to complete your search. If you wish to clear your browser history, click on "Tools" in the toolbar, then select "Delete Browsing History..." Once the new window shows up, select "Delete history..." to clear all records of your browser history.
