How to view the source code of a website

Learn how to view the source code and change the HTML-editing program in Internet Explorer.
To view the source code of a website, right click on the website to bring the contextual menu and select "View source".
If you wish to use a specific program to view or edit the HTML files, click on "Tools" menu (the button on the top-right corner with a gear icon), then select "Internet Options".
In the "Internet options" dialog, click on the "Programs" tab; under the section that says "HTML editing", use the drop down box to select a different program for source code viewing; finally, click the "OK" button to save your preference.
